NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-007956 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC8 is Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT MIN NO. 100024200013377086, SOMERSET PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., GONZALO RUIZ, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT NO.2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 2802A, Building 8, SOMERSET PARK, a Condominium, further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15971, at Page(s) 1 through 101 as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
