NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2014-CA-011238 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and KAREN M. FOURNIER, MICHAEL GEORGE FOURNIER AKA MICHAEL G. FOURNIER, HICKORY LAKE ESTATES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A CASANDRA HARDY , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A JAMES HARDY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, in Block 1, of Hickory Lakes Phase II, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 71, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
