NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-009183 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST is Plaintiff and ALAIN M. LOPEZA/K/A ALAIN LOPEZ A/K/A ALAIN MARTIN LOPEZ, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, TERESA ANNETTE LOPEZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALAIN M. LOPEZ A/K/A ALAIN LOPEZ A/K/A ALAIN MARTIN LOPEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
