NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21st, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-01023-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1, is Plaintiff and ABRAHAM YANG, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 38.5 FEET OF LOT 41, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF ADJACENT VACATED RIGHT OF WAY OF 148TH AVENUE LYING SOUTH OF AND ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 41, BLOCK 4, MAP OF SUNSHINE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 14800 Sunset St, Clearwater, FL 33760
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
