commonly known as 10221 Sailwinds Blvd. S. H-101, Largo, Florida 33773 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert Todd of Association Assessment Attorneys, PA, counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 111 Second Avenue NE Suite 539, St, Petersburg, FL 33701 (727)748-2435 on or before 9-7-15, 2015 (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
