D'SOUZA; BEAU MONDE, INC; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR BBY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 01, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1002, BEAU MONDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 80 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3877, PAGE 489, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
