NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08-015717-CI in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, ALS IV, LLC, Plaintiff, and, DORETHA FAYE JONES DORETHA FAYE JONES, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 10th day of September, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 20, BLOCK 10, WAYNE HEIGHTS REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT PAGE 139 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
