NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-009160-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 16 'A' SOUTHEAST WING BUILDING B-49, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT FORTY SEVEN, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4718, PAGE 1052, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 29, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
