NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13005782CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE AND ALL OTHERS WHO CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM VENETOFF A/K/A WILLIAM ARNOLD VENETOFF STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE STATE OF FLORIDA - PINELLAS COUNTY THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF FLORIDA - PINELLAS COUNTY DIANE GUTTERMAN MARLENE VENETOFF WILLIAM JOHN VENETOFF SHARLENE VENETOFF AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM VENETOFF A/K/A WILLIAM ARNOLD VENETOFF; and SHARLEEN VENETOFF, A/K/A SHARLEEN MALHAM A/K/A SHARLEEN MALHAM UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of August, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1, DIXIE PARK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
