NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-006555-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Michael Tamborello, Pinellas County, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Deborah Hetrick, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 24 FEET OF LOT 42 AND THE WEST 36.5 FEET OF LOT 43, RIDGEWOOD GROVES UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
