NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-005208-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-EQ1, is the Plaintiff and David Lee Murphy, David Michael Murphy, Lvnv Funding, LLC, Unknown Spouse Of David Lee Murphy, Unknown Spouse Of David Michael Murphy N/K/A Kristina Nicole Emerson, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
