NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-012520 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon Village 1 Condominium Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-1, BUILDING NO. 114, OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-#1, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XIX, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5702, PAGE 1317, AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 6, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5764, PAGE 123, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 57 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 57 THROUGH 63, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
