NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-008338-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-3, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff, and MEHDI BABUL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 273, (PHASE II), OF THE GRANDE VERANDAHS ON THE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 63 TO 74 INCLUDING, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 134, PAGE 94; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13649, PAGE 1918, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Subject to covenants, easements, restrictions, and reservations of records, if any, and taxes for the year 2005 and subsequent years.
