NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-006976-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for WaMu Asset Backed Certificates, WaMu Series 2007-HE1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Joyce A. Robertson, Lex T. Robertson, Sr, Mariner Homes Owners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 N/K/A Robert Duvall, Tenant #2 N/K/A Jane Doe, The Cadle Company II, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, MARINER VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 98 THROUGH 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
