FORDOMS, JR. A/K/A FORDOMS; JOSEPH PETRELLA A/K/A JOE PETRELLA A/K/A PETRELLA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 1626 DREW STREET TRUST UDT 4/19/2007; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE 1626 DREW STREET TRUST UDT 4/19/2007; OSPREY WING PROPERTIES, LLC AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE 1626 DREW STREET TRUST UDT 4/19/2007; OSPREY PROPERTY ADVISORS, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KEITH WELLBROCK; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A STEPAHNIE WELLBROCK; are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
