NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2015, and entered in 14-004289-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONS CREDIT FINANCIAL SERVICES CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONS CREDIT MORTGAGE CORPORATION OF FLORIDA is the Plaintiff and KRISTINE RYAN A/K/A KRISTINE RENEE RYAN; MARK SICILIAN A/K/A MARK E. SICILIAN; JUDY WHITEHEAD A/K/A JUDY M. WHITEHEAD A/K/A JUDY MAE WHITEHEAD A/K/A JUDY M. RYAN A/K/A JUDY MAE RYAN A/K/A JUDY RYAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDY WHITEHEAD A/K/A JUDY M. WHITEHEAD A/K/A JUDY MAE WHITEHEAD A/K/A JUDY M. RYAN A/K/A JUDY MAE RYAN A/K/A JUDY RYAN N/K/A MICHAEL D. BLAIR; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A KAREN SANINOCENCIO are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 13, GULF GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
