Notice IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 15-000285-CI, in the Civil Court of PINELLAS, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County will sell the following real property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 204D, Building 81, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 14827, Page 729, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash. Foreclosure sales conducted via Internet: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on AUGUST 31, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
