THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 101-Q, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, PHASE V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 113 THROUGH 119, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 107 THROUGH 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 27, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5196, PAGES 1485 THROUGH 1547, AND AMENDED JULY 27, 1981, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5225, PAGE 1517, ADDING PHASE IV, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer, LLC, Shikita Parker, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 9-7-15, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer (Pinellas) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
