NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09008644CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and THERESA G. CLOUSER; BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-SOUTH GARDEN 8 BELLEVIEW BLVD, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SOUTH OAKS CAPITAL, LLC, TRUSTEE, OF 8 BELLEVIEW BOULEVARD TRUST; ERIC J. CLOUSER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of August 2015 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 504, BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-SOUTH GARDEN 8 BELLEVIEW BLVD., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO A CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5136, PAGE 2024, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
