NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-010542-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Carol Eastman also known as Carol Ann Eastman, Darcy D. Eastman also known as Darcy Eastman, GMAC Mortgage, LLC, The Unknown Spouse of Carol Eastman also known as Carol Ann Eastman a/k/a Christopher Butler, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK C, PINE VIEW MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
