NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-013979-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and PRISCILA RANDALL A/K/A PRISCILA RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PRISCILA RANDALL A/K/A PRISCILA RODRIGUEZ; RUSSEL E. RANDAL; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB F/K/A WORLD SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK C, OAKLEAF VILLAGE UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 42 AND 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
