NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 7-D, CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 1 - 6, as thereafter amended, as further described in Declaration of Condominium, thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3897, Page 64, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2211 Belleair Rd. #D7, Clearwater, Florida 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 18, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
