NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-009617-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Kathy D. Quaranto a/k/a Kathy Quaranto; Trust Company ABC, LLC as Trustee under the provisions of a Trust Agreement dated May 25, 2012 known as Trust #1443; Unknown Tenant #1 A/K/A MARY DUFFY; Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Courtney Caddeo; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Steve A. Quaranto a/k/a Steven A. Quaranto, Deceased are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHERLY 55 FEET OF LOT 12 AND THE NORTHERLY 28 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 48 A RE-PLAT OF A PART OF A SUBDIVISION OF DUNEDIN ISLES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
