NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003970 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND TRUSTEES OF JACQUELINE DUMAINE A/K/A JACQUELINE M. DUMAINE, DECEASED, MICHAEL DUMAINE, PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LINDA CAFFREY, DENNIS DUMAINE, PAUL DUMAINE, RICHARD DUMAINE, ROBERT DUMAINE, UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA CAFFREY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL DUMAINE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL DUMAINE, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Jacqueline Dumaine a/k/a Jacqueline M. Dumaine, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit F-2 Building No. 107 of Pine Ridge At Lake Tarpon, Village I-#2, a Condominium, Phase XIII, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5802, Page 1894, and as amended by Amendment No. 5 recorded in Official Record Book 5842, Page 1203, and according to Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 29 through 35, inclusive, and according to Condominium Plat Book 79, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
