NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 7th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002477, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ADOLFO BORGES; LIGIA I. MORALES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, SOUTHSHIRE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECRODS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
