NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-007151-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE RALI 2006-QS2, is Plaintiff, and GUSTAVO NUNO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK H, MONTEREY SUBDIVISION UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE(S) 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
