NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-013715-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC HOLDINGS, LLC F/K/A PENNYMAC MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST HOLDINGS I, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MARK CARLONE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ROCKET CITY A/K/A CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES, UNIT 3A 1855/292. PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE 102, THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 63, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 23, RANGE 32.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
