NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-014328-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and FREDDIE DAVID BINGHAM A/K/A FREDDIE BINGHAM; WATERFORD CHASE EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERFORD CHASE VILLAGE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 9/22/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
