F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DENNIS JUAREZ A/K/A DENNIS M. JUAREZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS JUAREZ A/K/A DENNIS M. JUAREZ IF ANY; JOHN DOE N/K/A SEAN HALL, and JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 9/21/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
