NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-012319 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC 1, is the Plaintiff and ALBERTO G GRANDA; ANA GLADYS BUSTAMANTE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; RYBOLT'S RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 9/22/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
