PALERMO; SUNTRUST BANK; HIAWASSEE OVERLOOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RACHELLE YU are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 9/17/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 33, HIAWASSEE OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 45 AND 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
