NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2015, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2013-CA-012719-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on October 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 130, CYPRESS LAKES-PARCELS E AND F, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 18 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. .
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
