NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PRELIMINARY/FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN
OCOEE PINES (FKA: WHISPERING PINES)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 4-5 E, Ocoee Land Development Code, that on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2015, AT 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as practical, the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the Ocoee City Commission Chambers, 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida, to consider Ocoee Pines PUD Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan, located northwest of Clarcona-Ocoee Road, and east of Forest Lake Golf Course. The proposed subdivision will consist of 278 single-family residential lots on 101.53 acres. The parcel identification numbers for this project are 05-22-28-9152-22-280, 05-22-28-9152-02-260, 05-22-28-9152-09-010, 05-22-28-9152-26-470, 05-22-28-6432-00-003, 05-22-28-6432-00-004, 05-22-28-6432-00-005, 05-22-28-6432-00-006, and 05-22-28-6432-00-007.
Interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed actions. The complete case file may be inspected at the Ocoee Community Development Department/Planning Division located at 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, Florida between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. The Planning & Zoning Commission may continue the public hearing to other dates and times, as it deems necessary. Any interested party shall be advised of the dates, times, and places of any continuation of these or continued public hearings. Any continuances shall be announced during these hearings and no further notices regarding these matters will be published. You are advised that any person who desires to appeal any decision made at the public hearing will need a record of the proceedings and for this purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
