Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE OR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-12, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-12, Plaintiff, and Thao Ton, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 13th day of October, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
