NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated August 5, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2009CA10939 of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and HARRIS, ANNA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 22, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
