Jarvis, Roxan Jarvis, Unknown Parties in Possession #1 n/k/a Julia Jarvis, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 3rd of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
