NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011CA-002564-0000-LK of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as successor trustee to Bank of America N.A. (successor by merger to LaSalle Bank N.A.), as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Thornburg Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-5 Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Hampton Hills South Homeowners Association, Inc.,Mario Blanco a/k/a Mario L. Blanco,Nelia Blanco,Tenant #1 n/k/a Kristian Swint,Tenant #2 n/k/a Matt Swint,, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 4th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
