NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003287 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Russell Bryan, Cindel Bryan, Unknown Parties in Possession #1 nka Amber M. Bird , are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 17 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 45, BLOCK 2788, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 35A THROUGH 35F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
