Notice is hereby given pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-002296 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A.. as Trustee on Behalf of CWABS Asset-Backed Certificates Trust 2006-8, Plaintiff and Timothy R. Jelen a/k/a Timothy Jelen and Jill V. Jelen a/k/a Jill Jelen are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on September 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
