NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 27, 2015, and entered in 13003236CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and HANNELORE SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CLAUDIA SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HANNELORE SANTIAGO are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on DEC. 28, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 343, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 12A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
