NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 13001241CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Arthur C. Brassard; Unknown Heirs, Successors, Assigns and All Persons, Firms or Associations Claiming Right, Title or Interest From or Under Arthur C. Brassard; Unknown Spouse of Arthur C. Brassard; Unknown Spouse of Jane Ellen Weir; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Jane Ellen Weir a/k/a Jane E. Weir a/k/a Jane E. Brassard a/k/a Jane Brassard, Deceased; Jane Ellen Weir are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 3661, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 78A THROUGH 78F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
