NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001406 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Florida First Escrow Company, A Dissolved Florida Corporation, As Trustee Under The Provisions Of A Trust Agreement Dated January 1, 2002, Known As The Wildhorse Creek 22170 Trust; Charlotte County Health Department; Charlotte County, Florida; Khleif And Khleif, Ltd.; Rod Khleif; State Of Florida Department Of Health; Tenant # 1 AKA Joseph Gartlett; Tenant # 2 AKA Gerry Nobles; The Unknown Beneficiaries Of The Wildhorse Creek 22170 Trust Dated January 1, 2002 AND Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest In Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
