Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated July 29, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012CA004981AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and BLANCHE B. SCALA, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 19, BLOCK C-2, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE SUBPHASE B UNIT 2, TRACT 325, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 70 THROUGH 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of September, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
