INC., a Florida non-profit cooperative corporation,
Plaintiff, vs. FRANCIS R. GLASS-GARDNER;
Defendant.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015-CC-1454 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JET PARK MOBILE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Foreclosure Sale conducted via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 10 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 227, Jet Mobile Home Park, Section One, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1282, Page 1596-1666, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
