NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment as to Count III of the Complaint dated August 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014 CC 3735 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit Week 44 in Condominium Parcel Number 114, of WHITE SANDS OF LONGBOAT CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 986, Pages 3300 through 3377, and Amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Pages 194 thru 197 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of September, 2015.
