Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 22, 2015, and the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on July 22, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk ad Interim of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK F, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 9-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on September 02, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
