notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002252 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and GEOFFREY W. CUCCUINI, DONNA M. CUCCUINI, SATURNIA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MIGUEL MCNAR, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DEMI LAZA the Defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on 3rd floor of Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on 31 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
