NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA005882AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR1, is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY WAGNER A/K/A JEFF WAGNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK A, BAY VIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 10, ALSO KNOWN AS REVISED PLAT OF BAY VIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
