NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014CA000481 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Donald R. Haywood II; Wendi L. Haywood; Sabal Harbour Homeowners Association, Inc.; Regions Bank are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 129, SABAL HARBOUR, PHASE II-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 160-163, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
