Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-18, is the Plaintiff and Ania Guerrero, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, As Nominee For Americas Wholesale Lender, Osvaldo Figueredo, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 90, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
